- All Rates subject to Maine Lodging Tax
- Friday & Saturday during summer – add $10/day
- Each additional person, over two, will be charged $10.00
- Children under 17 stay free when sharing a room with their parents.
- Higher rate may apply to some special events, and we may require a minimum length of stay.
- Reservation guarantee by credit card or deposit equal to one nights room charge is required for all reservations.
- Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or Diner’s Club are accepted.
- If you are unable to honor your reservation, you must cancel by 4:00pm on the scheduled day of arrival. If you fail to cancel, one night’s room rate will be charged to your credit card or you will forfeit your deposit.
- Rates are subject to change without notice
- Handicapped accessible rooms are available. Please call ahead to reserve a Handicapped accessible room; we are ready to accommodate your special needs
